Terms and Conditions

1. Your contract: Please read this carefully before booking

Please read the following conditions carefully, as they will be binding on you. All travel arrangements made on your behalf are made by thefaremasters.com, whose services are provided by PCM TRAVELS UK LTD ("the Company" or "We"), registered in the United Kingdom with company registration number 09650513 and with its registered office at 24 Market Square, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1ER, United Kingdom. PCM TRAVELS UK LTD is represented by PCM TRAVELS US LLC and is registered in the United States with number 10685-B Hazelhurst, Houston, TX 77043, USA.

1.1 No contract will be formed between us until you confirm that we accept a non-refundable deposit of a minimum of $100 per person (subject to change) and that we comply with the fare conditions of the booking. Reservations will be considered accepted/confirmed when the deposit is charged to a credit/debit card or full payment is made with available funds (depending on the agreement). Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1.2 All services offered are subject to availability.

1.3 Quoted prices are based on transportation and ground transportation costs in effect on the date of booking. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time prior to booking confirmation. The Company is not responsible for verbal quotes or descriptions. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.

1.4 When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept, and do accept, these conditions for yourself and on behalf of all members of your party and, furthermore, if you are booking for more than one person, that you are responsible for all payments due by each and every member of the party for whom you are booking.

1.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and that any information provided to you by us or any of our suppliers is passed on to all members of your party.

Payments and Tickets

We will endeavor to send you your travel documents 14 days prior to departure. If you have not received your tickets 3 days prior to departure, please contact us immediately.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGES

All prices, dates, times, routes, and choice of airline are subject to change or cancellation if necessary. We will make every effort to offer passengers suitable alternatives. All transportation arrangements are made with the express understanding that we are acting solely as a reservation agent.

VALIDITY OF TICKETS, FLIGHT TIMES, AND SCHEDULED CARRIERS

Round-trip tickets are valid for the dates and routes specified herein. No refunds will be made for unused tickets except as provided herein. Flights, schedules, and programs are subject to change at the request of the National Aviation Authorities or the airlines, for operational or other reasons. Neither the company nor the airline in question shall be liable for flight cancellations, delays, or diversions beyond their control. Schedules, whether in the itineraries or elsewhere, are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract. Airlines may substitute alternative aircraft and airlines, include or omit stopovers, and neither the company nor the airline shall be liable for connections or delays. Refunds for cancellations due to schedule changes are subject to an administrative fee.

**All fares and schedules are subject to change without notice.

**Deposit does not guarantee the fare.

**Tickets are non-modifiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation and Travel Documents

Travel documents are requested from airlines and travel providers after full payment has been made. In most cases, airline tickets are issued within 24 to 48 hours. For scheduled flight reservations, tickets are issued as soon as we verify your card details and process payment. This typically occurs within 3 business days of booking, unless otherwise requested. Other travel documents are issued 14 days before travel. For charter flight reservations, tickets typically arrive 10 to 14 days before the departure date.

The traveler is responsible for the following:

  • 3.1 Read and approve the terms and conditions of travel before purchase.
  • 3.2 Verify before purchase that the spelling of the traveler's name exactly matches the spelling on their passport.
  • 3.3 Contact PCM TRAVELS US LLC immediately if you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of booking. As soon as you receive the email confirmation, please check that the information is correct. If you have any questions, please notify PCM TRAVELS US LLC immediately.
  • 3.4 Regularly check the email address you provided, as all our correspondence is sent by email.
  • 3.5 Check with the relevant airline to verify which airport terminal you will be departing from.
  • 3.6 Verify visa regulations, travel documents, and documentation for your final destination and any stopovers. This is done through the embassy or high commission of the relevant country and the airlines operating your trip.
  • 3.7 Check what vaccinations you will need before traveling.
  • 3.8 Check passport regulations and validity. Some countries require a passport to be valid for at least six months after returning home.
  • 3.9 Check current check-in times for your entire trip. We recommend checking in at the airport at least 2 hours before departure for domestic flights or 3 hours for international flights.
  • 3.10 Check flight times and any schedule changes for both your outbound and return flights.

Tickets

  • 4.1 The e-ticket that thefaremasters emails to the traveler upon completion of the booking is the travel document and must be carried throughout the entire trip. This confirmation contains all important information, such as the booking reference, flight number, and schedule.
  • 4.2 Airline tickets must always be used in order, and travelers must complete all segments of their journey. If the traveler fails to complete any segment, the airline will cancel the remainder of the trip, and no refund will be issued.
  • 4.3 Tickets with separate booking numbers are always processed as individual, independent trips. thefaremasters is not responsible for missed connections or for failure to issue refunds for separate tickets in the event of schedule changes, flight delays, or cancellations.

Flight Schedules

All flight times specified are local. Arrivals the following day are indicated by a "+1" in the schedule. The flight times indicated are preliminary and subject to change at short notice. Therefore, travelers should stay up-to-date with flight schedule updates. Please note that a flight described as "direct" may not necessarily be nonstop. All departure/arrival times on your ticket are provided by the respective airlines and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements, and the obligation for passengers to check in on time. We cannot make any special arrangements for you in the event of a delay; these matters are at the sole discretion of the respective airline.

Special Requests and Medical Issues

If you have any special requests, please inform us at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to communicate them to the relevant supplier, we regret that we cannot guarantee that they will be met. Failure to comply with a special request will not constitute a breach of contract on our part. If you have any medical condition or disability that may affect your plans, you must inform us in writing before booking, providing full details. If we are unable to meet your particular needs, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking.

Booking Airline Tickets

  • 7.1 Price Changes/Technical Errors.
    thefaremasters reserves the right to make changes due to technical errors and price changes beyond our control. We reserve the right to contact the traveler within 24 hours to make any changes to reservations made. thefaremasters also reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of technical issues or price errors beyond our control. In this case, the traveler will be notified by email.
  • 7.2 Combining Single Tickets (One-Way Combination)
    To obtain special fares when making certain reservations, we combine two or more one-way tickets on different airlines or on the same airline. Even if the legs are booked together, they are treated individually. This means that each leg of your journey is handled separately in the event of cancellations, modifications, traffic disruptions (such as strikes), and schedule changes. The specific regulations of each airline apply.
  • 7.3 Force majeure
    Please note that thefaremasters is not responsible for any trip canceled due to civil strife, industrial disputes, including air traffic control disputes, environmental disasters, acts of war, strikes, or other unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control or the airline's. Any modification does not entitle thefaremasters to price reductions, substitute travel, damages, or other compensation. We do not refund any supplemental travel arrangements, such as train tickets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, or visas. If the schedule change results in a late arrival at the hotel or car rental company, the traveler must personally contact the hotel or car rental company to inform them.
  • 7.4 Passports, Entry Visas, and Transit Visas
    7.4.1 The traveler is responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid at the time of booking. They are also responsible for ensuring they have a visa for their final destination and any visas required for the countries through which they will transit. The traveler is personally responsible for any costs arising due to problems with these formalities. It is important for the traveler to verify that their passport, entry visas, and transit visas meet the requirements of both the countries in question and the airlines.Special provisions apply regarding the booking of return tickets for travel to certain countries. The traveler is responsible for verifying this with the embassy or high commission of the country in question and with any airlines involved. 7.4.2 An Approved Entry Permit (ESTA) and a machine-readable passport are required for all travel to or through the U.S. 7.4.3 Your specific passport, visa, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility. You should confirm this with the relevant embassy consulates or high commissions. Neither the suppliers you contracted with nor we are responsible if you are unable to travel due to failure to comply with passport, visa, or immigration requirements. Please note that all names on any reservation must exactly match those in your passport. It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents.
  • 7.5 Vaccinations.
    The traveler is responsible for ensuring they have all their vaccinations and for completing any other necessary procedures for traveling to the country they plan to visit. Any expenses related to vaccinations will be borne by the traveler.

1. Frequent Flyers

You can add your frequent flyer number when booking. We record this information in the reservation, but we are not responsible for any points or bonuses with the corresponding airline. Not all flights are eligible for points or bonuses, so this information should always be requested from the airline.

1. Infants

Children between 0 and 2 years old will travel as infants and will not be assigned their own seat. An infant ticket must be booked for the entire trip if the infant turns 2 before the end of the trip. Infant tickets cannot be booked before birth, as the name and date of birth must match those shown in the passport. thefaremasters will not refund any expenses incurred due to booking an incorrect ticket.

1. Taxes

The ticket price shown includes airport taxes. At some airports, the departure tax must be paid in cash upon departure. It is the traveler's responsibility to verify this information.

1. Transportation and hotel charges when an airport or date is changed

Ground transportation and accommodation during the trip are not included in the ticket price. The traveler is responsible for checking schedules and prices. This also applies to changes in airline schedules beyond our control.

11.1 Connection Time During Layovers

Connection times during layovers are calculated by the airlines. If a flight segment is delayed during a transit booking, the airlines are obligated to assist the traveler in reaching their final destination. When booking separate tickets, the airlines are not responsible for delays resulting in missed connections. Therefore, it is the traveler's responsibility to verify that there is sufficient connection time according to the airlines and airports. thefaremasters will not reimburse any additional costs resulting from this.

11.2 Lost or Damaged Baggage

thefaremasters is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage. Any problems should be reported immediately to the airline representative at the airport.

11.3 Premium Economy, Business, and First Class

This service can only be purchased at the time of booking. Depending on the airline, it may only be offered on certain segments of the journey.

The onboard service available varies by airline. For specific information, please consult each airline's website. thefaremasters is not responsible if an airline changes the aircraft type or oversells a cabin class, which could result in changes to the range of available services or a downgrade. Therefore, any claims should be directed directly to the relevant airline.

1. Change the Schedule

Airlines may change their schedules and cancel flights at short notice. These changes are beyond the faremasters' control. The traveler is personally responsible for checking outbound and return flight schedules directly with the airlines. In the event of a cancellation of your flight, your rights and remedies will be governed by the airline's conditions of carriage. Accordingly, you may be entitled to:

12.1 Carriage on another flight with the same airline at no additional cost, and/or 12.2 A full refund, excluding administrative charges. If a change occurs to your itinerary before you notify us of the total price or before your tickets are issued (for either the outbound or return flight), we will make every effort to notify you on behalf of the airline. Under no circumstances will the Company pay compensation for changes that are directly due to the circumstances described under "Force Majeure."

1. Cancellation and Rebooking

13.1 Cancellation.
Your tickets will be issued immediately upon receipt of payment. Restricted tickets cannot be refunded or amended subsequently. thefaremasters operates in accordance with airline booking regulations, which are often very restrictive. Flight cancellation must be notified at least 24 to 48 hours prior to departure. Any cancellation notification by phone must be confirmed in writing or by email within 24 hours by the person who made the original reservation. The cancellation will take effect from the day of notification, provided we receive written confirmation within 24 hours of the original notification.

13.2 Refunds
13.2.1 There is no automatic right to a refund, and when you return an airline ticket to us, we will submit it to the relevant airline or consolidator to assess your eligibility for a refund in accordance with the airline's or consolidator's terms and conditions.
13.2.2 Airline tickets returned to us for refund are subject to an administrative charge of $75 per ticket, regardless of the number of tickets returned. You must pay the cancellation charge for each ticket, imposed by the airline or consolidator in accordance with their terms and conditions.
13.2.3 An administrative charge of $75 per ticket will apply to any non-refundable ticket when we submit a tax refund request at your request and on your behalf. If the recoverable tax components of your ticket are less than the administrative charge, the ticket will be considered fully non-refundable. You will not be issued any refunds until we have received them from the airline or consolidator. For airline ticket refunds, the turnaround time is typically 10 to 12 weeks from the time the tickets are submitted to the airline for consideration.

13.3 Rebooking.
If you wish to change your plans after making your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Any change request must be submitted in writing by the person who made the reservation. thefaremasters operates in accordance with airline ticket regulations, which are often very restrictive. If thefaremasters assists the traveler with a rebooking, they will be responsible for the resulting costs. A $50 change fee per person will be charged, plus airline penalties, tax differences, and any other costs we incur when making the change. Please note that your rebooking will not be valid until you receive written confirmation from thefaremasters.

13.4
Regular airlines generally treat name changes as cancellations. Rebooking may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the ticket price.

1. Pregnant women

Flights cannot be arranged for pregnant women who are more than 28 weeks pregnant upon returning to the US. In any case, women should consult their doctor to determine if it is safe to travel.

1. Behavior

15.1 You accept responsibility for ensuring that you and the members of your party do not behave in a manner that offends third parties or poses a risk of loss or damage to the property of others. Payments for such damage or loss must be made immediately directly to the owner, manager, or accommodation provider. You will indemnify us for any claim (including legal fees) subsequently brought against us as a result of your actions. We expect all our customers to be considerate of others.

15.2 If, in our reasonable judgment, or that of any other person in authority, your behavior causes or is likely to cause distress, danger, or inconvenience to third parties, or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your booking without prior notice. In such an event, your booking with us, including return transport, will be cancelled immediately, and we will not be liable to pay any costs, expenses, refunds, or compensation.

1. Package Holiday Booking Conditions

Flights cannot be arranged for pregnant women who are more than 28 weeks pregnant upon returning to the U.S. In any case, women should consult their physician to determine if it is safe to travel.

16.1 The Contract

Reservations made with the Company are governed by these booking conditions. No one may modify them on behalf of the Company.

16.2 Acceptance of Reservation

We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices indicated in brochures and to modify any information contained therein or on our website prior to booking. Upon acceptance of the deposit and completion of the booking form, the Company will issue a confirmation invoice, which will constitute the contract between us. Payment of the outstanding balance must be made at least 12 weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. If the booking is made within eight weeks of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

16.3 The price of your holiday

The price of your vacation is based on the costs and exchange rates in effect at the time of booking. The price of your trip is subject to surcharges and increases in transportation costs, regular airfares, and any other airline surcharges that are part of the contract between the airlines. It is also subject to any government measures, such as VAT increases or any other government-imposed increases, and currency fluctuations resulting from adverse exchange rate variations. Some cities impose a municipal tax that must be paid directly to the hotel. This is not included in the total price. It is the traveler's responsibility to verify this information.

16.4 Changes Made by Us

It's unlikely that we'll need to make changes to your travel plans, but we reserve the right to do so at any time. We plan well in advance of your vacation using independent suppliers, such as airlines and hotels, over which we have no direct control. Most of these changes are minor, and we'll notify you or your travel agent as soon as possible. If we make a major change, we'll also endeavor to notify you or your travel agent as soon as possible. A major change includes a change in accommodation to a lower category or price, a change in flight duration of more than 12 hours, a change in the US departure airport (excluding New York airports), or a significant change in resort area. We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we are forced to cancel or alter your vacation in any way as a result of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care. These include unavoidable technical problems with transportation, changes imposed by a major airline or charterer due to flight rescheduling or cancellation, a change of airline or aircraft type, war or threat of war, civil strife, labor disputes, natural disasters, inclement weather, epidemics, or terrorist activity. Hotels described as First Class or Deluxe are deemed so by us and not necessarily by any official classification. The assessment is based on our knowledge of the establishment, our general opinion, and the standard of what is available locally. The terms used, i.e., Deluxe, Deluxe Suites, etc., are the same as those of the hotel in question. The Company does not own, manage, or control the accommodation it uses. Occasionally, the reserved accommodation may not be available. In this case, the Company and/or its agent will endeavor to provide accommodation of a similar standard.

16.5 Cancellation by the Client

If you or someone on your holiday booking decides to cancel your holiday, you must notify us of your decision as soon as possible. Any telephone notification must also be confirmed in writing or by email within 24 hours of the original notification. The cancellation will take effect from the day of notification, provided we receive written confirmation within 24 hours of the original notification. We will send you a cancellation invoice within seven days. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately to avoid an increase in charges. If you have already received your airline tickets, please return them to us along with your cancellation request. Some travel plans cannot be changed or canceled without incurring a 100% cancellation charge. In that case, we will inform you before canceling. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive insurance, which, in most cases, includes cover against the loss of your deposit or cancellation charges. If some, but not all, group members cancel part or all of the vacation, the remaining members may be charged additional fees.

16.6 Cancellation Charges

The charges are as follows (Period before departure within which we receive notice): (a) More than 56 days: Deposit only (b) Between 28 and 56 days: 30% of the total holiday cost or the full deposit cost, whichever is greater (c) Between 27 and 7 days: 60% of the total holiday cost (d) Less than 7 days: 80% of the total holiday cost

16.7 Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday for any reason. However, we will not cancel it less than 8 weeks before departure, unless it is due to a cause beyond our control. If we have to cancel your holiday, we will offer you: - alternative travel arrangements of equivalent or very similar quality. If the US State Department specifically advises against travel to a particular destination, the Company will act accordingly and cancel the holiday. You will be refunded the amount paid for the holiday, but no additional compensation will be paid. No compensation will be paid if the holiday is canceled because fewer than the minimum number of people agreed to travel, and you are informed of the cancellation in writing within the timeframe stated in the package description. While we make every effort to ensure that the trip runs as advertised, occasionally changes to accommodation, route, or the order of the itinerary may be necessary.

1. Insurance

It is strongly recommended that you have adequate travel insurance for your vacation. You can purchase the insurance we offer or arrange it yourself. Insurance cover must include cancellation, unforeseen interruption of your vacation, medical and repatriation expenses (including air ambulance), personal accident, delays, and loss or damage to your personal belongings. If you purchase insurance from a party other than us, you must provide us with the policy details in writing and sign an indemnity form on behalf of yourself and all members of your party, releasing us and our agents/representatives abroad from any liability for any costs that may arise and which would otherwise have been covered by the insurance claim.

1. Data Protection Policy

We assume full responsibility for ensuring that appropriate security measures are in place to protect your information. We must share this information with the relevant providers of your travel arrangements, such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, etc. This information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, and to public authorities such as customs and immigration, if requested or as required by law.

1. Complaints and Disputes

Despite detailed planning, we understand that problems occasionally arise. If a problem arises during your trip, it is essential that you notify the supplier and our agent or staff as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve it. In most cases, the necessary corrective action can be taken immediately, and your vacation will continue without problems. If the problem cannot be resolved, you must contact us in writing within seven days of your return. Failure to mention this during your trip will affect any claims you may make later.

In any event, if we are held liable to you for any reason, our maximum liability to you will be limited to the cost of your booking (or the appropriate proportion of the total amount if not all persons on the booking are affected).

1. Disabled Passengers

Unfortunately, we must point out that some travel destinations are not suitable for people with disabilities. If you have a disability, we suggest you check that the destination you are traveling to accommodates your needs.

1. Telephone Calls

Despite detailed planning, we understand that problems occasionally arise. If a problem arises during your trip, it is essential that you notify the supplier and our agent or staff as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve it. In most cases, the necessary corrective action can be taken immediately, and your vacation will continue without problems. If the problem cannot be resolved, you must contact us in writing within seven days of your return. Failure to mention this during your trip will affect any claim you may make later.

1. Law

thefaremasters makes no sign of content or materials on the Website are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the United States. Access to the Website from jurisdictions where such access is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to scroll the Website from other jurisdictions, you do soon your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. thefaremasters is not responsible for any violation of law. You may not use or export the Content or materials on the Website in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States and the country in which you reside (if different from the United States)

1. Third party service

The Travel Makers use the Brevo services to send emails and SMSs to customers and prospects to subject to the applicable data and protection & digital marketing laws and regulations. These acts include the following rules and regulations of the different countries which are as follows:

United States: Telemarketing Sales Rule: This rule restricts abusive telemarketing practices and establishes do-not-call registry. TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act): This law restricts autodialed calls, prerecorded voicemails, unsolicited faxes and establishes opt-out requirements.

CAN-SPAM Act (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing): This rule requires opt-out for unsolicited commercial emails, prohibits false/misleading headers.

France: French Post and Electronic Communications Code: This law includes restriction of unsolicited communications, requires opt-in consent and also purposes for violations.

Italy: Italian Data Protection Code: Restriction of use of personal data, requires legal basis for processing, gives data rights to individuals.

Spain: Law 34/2002: This rule requires opt-in consent for commercial communications, prohibits spam/telemarketing without consent. Organic Law 3/2018: This rule strengthens data protection, privacy rights of individuals over their personal data.

UK: Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations: This rule restricts marketing calls/texts/emails without prior consent and also establishes opt-out registries.
